Approximated Retail Value ("ARV") is $3,200 (USD). Actual value of the prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure location and destination. Prizes may not be exchanged. Prize will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expire prior to use (unless restricted by law). Unless expressly indicated, all expenses associated with a prize or the uses of a prize are not included and will be the sole responsibility of winner. All travel plans for winner and any guest(s) must be made at one (1) time with a bloomspot representative, within ninety (90) days of accepting the prize. Travel dates are subject to availability and holiday/blackout dates, conventions and special event periods, and must be completed by September 1, 2012. Black-out dates include December 23-27 2011, December 30 2011-January 2 2012. Airfare is not to exceed $2,000. If travel plans require airfare over $2,000, winner is required to pay the difference. New York residents will receive a $1,000 credit on Virgin America instead of roundtrip airfare for two to New York. Winner and guest must be 21 or older. If winner is unable to travel by date indicated, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize.
