Enter to win a dinner party. One (1) Grand Prize per Participating Location (for a total of forty-four [44] Grand Prizes): Winner will
receive a dinner party for himself/herself and up to 20 guests at the Participating Location indicated in each winner’s
official entry form on a date and at a time to be determined by Sponsor, subject to availability. Winner must arrange
for the dinner party with Sponsor at least two (2) weeks in advance and the dinner party must occur no later than
October 2, 2012 or such Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner
must also pre-select the menu two weeks prior to the dinner party date. (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”]
$1,500.00 each.) Dinner party includes food, beverages, event fee, gratuities and applicable sales taxes for up to
twenty-one (21) people, all not to exceed $1,500.00. Any costs, fees, taxes, gratuities or any other expenses that
exceed $1,500 in total will be the sole responsibility of each winner. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for
prizes is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or
in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any
reason.
