Toon Boom Valentine’s Day Contest
Official Rules

By submitting an entry to this contest, applicants (“Applicants”) agree to these official rules and regulations and acknowledge that the decisions of Toon Boom Animation Inc. (hereafter known as Toon Boom) shall be binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest. Please review carefully.

Art. 1. Definition:
The “Toon Boom Valentine’s Day Contest” is scheduled from January 16 until February 15, 2012. It is organized by Toon Boom.
Art. 2. Eligibility:
2.1 Only persons residing in Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States who are at least 13 years of age can enter.
2.2 Movies ONLY created using Doodle software (www.toonboom.com/doodle) are eligible for submission.
Entrants shall create an animated heart in accordance to Valentine’s Day theme.
All submitted entries must be produced between January 16 and February 10, 2012. in order to be eligible.
Art. 3. Technical Criteria:
All submissions must meet the following technical specifications:
• QuickTime (MOV) movie format
• Duration of 10 to 30 seconds
• File size not exceeding 8MB
