1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents and who fulfil entry requirements in clause 3. Entrants aged under 18 must have parental/guardian approval to enter the competition and be accompanied by parent or guardian on the trip if they are drawn as a winner. Employees of the Promoter their immediate families and agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Enter by going to Sydney Airport’s Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/sydneyairportofficial); Click “Like”, then tell us in 25 words or less why you deserve a holiday to Hawaii and fill in your contact details.
4. The competition commences at 4.00pm on 22 December 2011 and closes at 11.59pm on 31 January 2012 (‘Competition Period’).
5. This competition is a game of skill. All entries will be judged on their merits based on creativity and originality in describing in 25 words or less why the entrant deserves a holiday to Hawaii.
6. There will be 1 winner. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win the prize.
7. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges at Sydney Airport offices at Central Terrace Building, 10 Arrivals Court, Sydney International Terminal on 02 February 2012 at 12.00pm.The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
8. The winner will be contacted by Sydney Airport on 03 February 2012 by email. The winner’s name will be posted on the Sydney Airport Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/sydneyairportofficial)
9. In the event of the winner not being able to take up the prize, Sydney Airport reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner. This will take place on 13 February 2012 at 11.00am by the same panel of judges.
10. The prize is:
a. 2 return economy class ticket from Sydney to Honolulu flying Hawaiian Airlines; and
b. 5 nights accommodation at The Modern Honolulu Hotel, 1775 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, USA.
