Grand prize

One Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize is: 1 tandem axle grain truck, valued at $130,000, with standard equipment; winner will not have any choice in the selection of colour or any options. Prize is subject to the following conditions:

The prize is the truck itself only and all other costs are the responsibility of the winner, for example, the following costs are the responsibility of the winner: taxes of any kind, all insurance, registration of the truck with the requisite Province(s) and licenses. Prize will be delivered to a Tandem dealer selected solely by Sponsors (costs of picking up the truck from that location is the responsibility of the winner, and the winner will have no input into the selection of such dealership). Prize may not be sold or exchanged prior to pickup. Title and ownership of the prize at the time of delivery to and pickup of the truck by the winner may only be in the name of the winner (to be deemed to have picked up the truck, the winner does not have to drive the truck from the dealership; they only have to take ownership of the truck). Prize must be picked up and removed from the dealer’s property within 60 days (with time being of the essence in this regard) of notification of its being available for pickup, and a failure to comply with this will result in the winner forfeiting their prize and nothing will be offered to them in its place.
