Prize and Odds. For the duration of the promotional period there will be one (1) prize awarded. The winner will receive a Savant Systems Home Control and Automation Package consisting of a Savant Systems SmartControl System, Host Controller, and Savant Systems Select Remote and Charger Base having a MSRP starting at $4020.00 USD. As a condition of winning, the Winner must agree to have their prize installed by a professional Savant Systems dealer at their own expense. Savant Systems will arrange installation by a dealer in the Winners local area. Winners who do not agree to the condition of professional installation will forfeit the prize and another random Winner will be selected. The Prize and installation details will be provided to the Winner once the Sponsor has received the completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity and Liability Release described in Section 8 of these Official Rules (distributed to the Winner via email at the end of the drawing). The odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor.

No assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted. The Prize cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash. No substitution of the Prize is permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute another prize of greater or equal value for the Prize. The Prize is awarded with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
