Prizes

A total of one (1) grand prize will be awarded.  The grand prize is a weekend stay in Jersey City, New Jersey. Trip includes the following:  (i) two (2) night weekend stay including breakfast at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City (Value $800); (ii) two (2) roundtrip business class tickets on Amtrak’s Northeast Regional Train Line (Value $400); (iii) One (1) prize certificate valid for dinner for two (2) at Martime Parc (Value $100); (iv) two (2) tickets valid for Statue Cruises ferry service to the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island (Value $26); (v) one (1) ten trip PATH  Smartlink Card (Value $20) (vi) two (2) tickets valid for Liberty Science Center’s Exhibition + IMAX Movie (Value $45.50); (vii) Two (2) tickets valid for 2 free races per person at Pole Position Raceway (Value $120).

All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation around Jersey City are the responsibility of the winner.  The winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary.  If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay.  The winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to releasing the winning package.  If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability or, for any reasons beyond the control of the JCEDC, the JCEDC’s sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded portion of the prize.
