Grand Prize (1): $25,000 (awarded in the form of a check) and a Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Hawaii. Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. commercial airport near the winner's residence to Honolulu, Oahu and 6 days/7 nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor at their sole discretion. One (1) standard room, double occupancy. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize:$30,800. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuation, location of the destination relative to the departure city and timing of the trip. If winner resides within a 150 mile radius of destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules as being provided, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel is based on availability, excludes holiday periods and other blackout periods. The trip must be taken between April1, 2013 and August 31, 2013. or the trip will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. All travel arrangements must be through the Sponsor on a carrier of Sponsor's choice no later than 1/15/2013 or the trip will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Winner's guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of the winner. Guest (or winner if guest is child or legal ward of winner) must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the value of the Grand Prize.
