PRIZES, ADDITIONAL COSTS, AND ODDS. The Grand Prize Winner will receive (a.) One room night at Hyatt Hill Country Resort & Spa for two (2) in a Standard room; (b.) Dinner for two (2) at Antlers Lodge – total maximum spend $150 and does not include alcohol (c.) Certificate(s) will be issued by Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa and will be valid for 1 year from date of issuance. Approximate retail value of the hotel accommodations and dinner is $500. Gratuity is not included. No prize substitutions, transfers or cash alternatives permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No cash reimbursement will be given for any unused portion of the prize. Dinner must be redeemed on a night when Antlers Lodge is open, typically Tuesday – Saturday. Dinner and overnight stay must be redeemed in one visit. A Grand Prize Winner must make his or her reservation as early as possible and have alternate travel dates as rooms are especially limited during summer months, holiday periods, and /or specific high peak travel periods. Confirmed reservations are restricted to the specified room type and do not qualify for Hyatt Gold Passport Points. Failure to follow proper redemption procedures may result in award nullification.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE ACCEPTANCE. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry. Award of a Grand Prize is subject to verification of the winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s inability to reach a winner using the information associated with the winner’s entry form, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, a winner’s failure to timely respond to prize notification, and/or a winner’s failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in that winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his/her interest in all prizes and the selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Winner may waive their right to receive prizes. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), both of which must be returned within twenty-one (21) days of the date of personal delivery or sender’s postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit and release within twenty-one (21) days may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Grand Prize, and the award of the Grand Prize to a substitute winner. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. By entering, or accepting the Sweepstakes prize, winner and traveling companion accept all the conditions, restrictions, requirements and/or regulations required by the Sponsor in connection with use of its services and also agrees to accept delivery of the prize based upon availability. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness and address (city and state) for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide, in any media including but not limited to the Internet for this or similar promotions, without further consideration, compensation, permission or notification. Acceptance of prize constitutes a waiver of any claim to royalties, rights or remuneration for said use.
