Prize Eligibility
Only persons residing in United States who are at least 13 years of age can enter.
• The 2012 Youth Sports Nation Fundraising Contest is open to all YSN affiliates.
• You must have completed the affiliate agreement at www.youthsportsnation.org/affiliates
• Eligible sales will have been made between January 30, 2012 and February 29, 2012.
• Only sales via your custom link will be considered eligible.
• You may also obtain a custom link by calling Customer Service at 925-886-6148.
• If you are under 18 you will need a letter from your parent or guardian to participate sent to Youth Sports Nation, PB Box 10348, Oakland, CA 94610
