Prize Details

Two tickets to see Air Supply on Saturday February 4th 2012.

1. Koch Communications is the social media/public relations firm for WinStar World Casino. WinStar World Casino is giving away two (2) tickets to the Air Supply performance on Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at 8 p.m.
2. Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of WinStar World Casino; employees of Koch Communications and employees of the Chickasaw Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
3. The promotion will begin Monday, January 30, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. The drawing will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at approximately 6:00 p.m.
4. The announced winner of the WinStar World Casino “Air Supply Ticket Giveaway” has twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the drawing to respond. If the announced winner does not respond during this predetermined time, he/she forfeits the prize and a new winner must be redrawn.
5. Koch Communications’ and Wildfire’s randomized virtual drawing system will be the sole determinant of the winner.
6. The offer is nontransferable and is extended to the announced (winner) and one (1) guest.
7. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Koch Communications and WinStar World Casino to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
8. Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Koch Communications, LLC in a manner deemed by Koch Communications, LLC to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding. Koch Communications, LLC reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice.
9. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
