One Grand Prize winner will receive 12 club-level suite tickets to one of five Gwinnett Gladiator home games in February 2012 at The Arena at Gwinnett Center. Includes VIP arena parking deck passes.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. The Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Winner for the actual value of the prize received. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
