Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter.

2. Participants will be limited to one entry via the “Sweepstakes” tab on The Bubble Lounge San Francisco Facebook page. 1 Winner will receive a dinner package for two at The Bubble Lounge San Francisco featuring a Sabering Demonstration and Certification.

3. The sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older as of January 17, 2012. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the game: Any person who on or after January 17, 2012 was or is a Bubble Lounge employee.

4. On the page participants will access the “Sweepstakes” tab and follow all necessary instructions. All submissions must be made through the “Sweepstakes” tab. Submissions made via any other means such as wall posts, photo uploads to the photos tab and comment posting are void.

5. Winners will be selected by The Bubble Lounge through the contest application. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified via email by February 10th, 2012 and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (or prizes may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner). Participant has until June 30th, 2012 to claim their prize.

6. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the program, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted, except in The Bubble Lounge’s sole discretion.
