Prize Details

A $50 Dinah’s Chicken Glendale gift certificate will be given to one winner at random every week for a month from January 10, 2012 to February 7, 2012 (for a total of 4 winners).

Prize Eligibility

Only persons residing in California who are at least 13 years of age can enter.

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only residents of CA who live within a 60 mile radius of Glendale, CA are eligible to win the sweepstakes. Employees of Dinah’s Chicken and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Only one entry per person/email address.

2. You must submit all required information on the entry form to be eligible to win the prize. Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM on 1/10/2012 and ends at 8:00 AM on 2/7/2012. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. There will be a total of 4 winners, one chosen at random from among all valid entries each week of the sweepstakes. Each winner will receive a $50 gift certification to Dinah’s Chicken Glendale. No substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Once an entrant has won, s/he is not eligible to win again for the duration of the sweepstakes, but may enter into any future sweepstakes or promotions offered by Dinah’s Chicken Glendale.

4. Each potential winner will be notified by the email address s/he has provided on the entry form. The potential winner may forfeit the prize or be disqualified if: a) s/he do not respond to the notification email within 5 days, b) the email sent to the potential winner’s email address is returned as undeliverable at least twice, c) s/he fails to provide satisfactory proof of age, identity, and residency or d) s/he fails to pick up the gift certificate from Dinah’s Chicken within 30 days of being notified that s/he has won.
