The PL3000 is a variable frequency (1hz-1,000hz), single diode 3LT® 635nm wavelength laser that is encased in a ergonomically designed, machine billet aluminum housing to resist the rigors of daily use in the real world. Designed to fit hands of all sizes, the single-diode head, conveniently clips to the side of the laser when not in use, which increases security and prevents accidental ocular exposure to both patient and doctor.

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. The Promotion commences on Monday January, 23rd 2011 at 8am CST and closes on Friday, March 23rd 2012 at 4pm CST.

3. The Promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 and must be licensed in their particular state to utilize this device. Proof of license will be requested from winner when selected.
