If any Winner is unable to participate in or accept a Prize or any portion of a Prize for any reason, Sponsor and Administrator shall have no further obligation to such Winner. Any and all activities related to each Prize are at the Winner’s own risk and subject to whatever restrictions are imposed by the entities that govern such activities.
