1. Each fan will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win a 16”x20” fishing photo print hand signed by Jon Schwartz. Postage and handling will be paid by Jon Schwartz.
Selection of fishing photo based on the sole discretion of Jon Schwartz. Frame not included.
2. Fans may enter once during the Promotion Period
3. Once the photo sweepstakes is over (May 23, 2012), two winners will be selected, at random, to receive one 16”x20” (16 inches by 20 inches) fishing photo print hand signed and personally selected by Jon Schwartz . They will be contacted using the email provided in the Official Registration Entry Form.

2. Complete the Official Registration Form and Submit. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted and will not enter you into the contest. You must be 18.
3. If already a fan, please submit your completed registration form to be entered into the sweepstakes.
