Prize Eligibility

Only persons residing in United States who are at least 18 years of age can enter.

1. No purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry per person. Entrant must “like” Tootie Pie Co. fan page. Must have a physical address to ship to. Sorry, we cannot ship to AK, HI, Canada, PO, or APO addresses.
2. Participants will be limited to one entry via the “Sweepstakes” tab on the Tootie Pie Co. Facebook page. One winner will receive 1 Tootie’s Heavenly Chocolate Pie, shipped to their physical address.
3. The sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of January 01, 2012. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the game: (a) any person who on or after January 16, 2012 was or is a Tootie Pie Co. employee, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, or biological, adoptive, or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son) of, or who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories.
4. On the Tootie Pie Co. Facebook page participants will access the “Sweepstakes” tab and follow all necessary instructions. All submissions must be made through the “Sweepstakes” tab. Submissions made via any other means such as wall posts and comment posting are void. Contest ends 10:00 a.m. CST, January 10, 2012.
5. Winners need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via the contest application to their provided mailing address by February 11, 2012. Questions can be directed to corporatesales@tootiepieco.com.
