Prizes
The grand prize winner will receive a KickPort International Original KickPort autographed by Kenny Aronoff . Four second place winners each will receive a Chrome KickPort2 and KickPort’s advanced D-Pad bass drum impact pads. No cash equivalent for the prizes, prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, tariffs, or import duties associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility
The KickPort International Giveaway (the KickPort/Kenny Aronoff Contest) is open to entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and legal residents of the continental United States, District of Columbia. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of KickPort International, (“sponsors”) or any of their immediate family are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
