These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) applicable to persons (“You” or a “Participant” entering the “Guinness VIP Join and Win Promo” (the “Promotion”). The Promotion will run between 12:00:01 am on the 17th of January 2012 (Nigerian Time) to 12pm on the 17th of April 2012 (Nigerian Time). By entering the Promotion, You accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

1. Open to all persons who are resident in Nigeria and aged above the legal limit for alcohol consumption in Nigeria (18+ proof of age may be requested), except employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this Promotion and employees of Guinness Nigeria and Diageo Brands Nigeria.

2. To enter the competition, a Participant must visit the Guinness VIP Facebook Page and register on the application as a member. All new registrations up till 17th of April, 2012 at noon will be eligible to participate in a raffle draw. Invalid (incomplete) registrations will not be accepted. A completed registration is one that has all fields filled with the appropriate information.

3. Ten (12) winners will be picked randomly from the draws during the campaign period and will be rewarded with gifts. The gifts will be N5000 airtime.

4. The winners must confirm within forty-eight (48) hours of notification by phone call or email whether or not he/she wishes to claim the prize. If the winner fails to do so, the Winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another set of The winners are required to provide proof of identification in form of National I.D card, Drivers Licence, National Passport or Certified work or University Student I.D Card.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
