Terms and Conditions of the “Informed® Apps Sweepstakes” by Informed Publishing.

1. The sweepstakes will run on the Informed Publishing Facebook page. Sweepstakes commences on December 2, 2011 and ends on January 30, 2012.

2. The winner will be notified within two (2) business days after the sweepstakes period ends and will have 7 days to respond to prize notification.

3. The sweepstakes is open to all individuals 18 years of age and older at the time they enter the sweepstakes.

4. A total of one (1) winner will be selected and will be drawn at random from all eligible entries collected. One (1) entry per person.

5. The email address and birth date listed on the entry are considered to be the participant number for this sweepstakes.

6. Sweepstakes Prize: The winner’s choice of one (1) of the following: a new iPad2, or new Xoom and a $25 gift card for the purchase of apps.

7. Prize is not transferable. No cash substitutions.

8. Informed Publishing reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes for free by the Alternate Method of Entry.
