WINNER SELECTION:  The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prize Winners will be selected during a random drawing conducted on or about April 2, 2012 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Prize winners will be notified via telephone and U.S. mail within five (5) days after the drawing date and the Winners must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, which includes the Winners’ tax identification number for tax reporting purposes, to collect the prize. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner solely at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner but in the event one cannot be reasonably determined, such prize will not be awarded.
