Prizes And Approximate Retail Values: There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available to be won in this Sweepstakes. Once a potential Winner is selected and his/her eligibility has been confirmed, a representative of the Administrator will visit the Winner at a mutually convenient time and location. At that visit, the Winner will then have the opportunity to select either a $250.00 Visa Gift Card, or $750.00 toward the purchase of any project Bay Home & Window does (as long as the project is within our usual and customary service area). If the Winner makes any false statement in any document referenced above, and has won a Sweepstakes Prize, the Winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor upon demand the cash equivalent of the prize won.
All Sweepstakes prizes are non-transferable.
