By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release Nevada Commission on Tourism, Inc., and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as its and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and shareholders, from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize. Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of noncompliance with the official rules, if a winner cannot be reached or does not respond to Nevada Commission on Tourism within five (5) calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
