Four (4) Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Grand Prize is one (1) all expense paid trip to New York City for two days and two nights including travel for three (3) from airport near winner to New York City and 1 hotel room reservation, one (1) prom dress with accessories, one (1) photo shoot at PromGirl studio, one (1) makeover from Sephora, one (1) make-up gift bag, one (1) $100 gift card to Sephora, one (1) $100 cash. Prize is valued at approximately US $5000.

One (1) winner will be selected among all YouTube video entries as the best video as decided by PromGirl LLC. The prize for best video created is a $500 gift certificate (Prom Dollars) to PromGirl.com. Prize is valued at US $500.

No prize transfer. There is no prize substitution or cash equivalent.

Winners will be notified by the email address and phone number provided. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact Winner within seven (7) days from time Winner is selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach Grand Prize Winner during this time frame or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified. Noncompliance with Sweepstakes requirements will also result in disqualification of the Winner, and a Substitute Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.
