Winners (each a “Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible registrations received. One Winner will receive an Amazon® Kindle® Fire tablet (approximate retail value US $199.). Five Winners will receive an Apple® iPod® Shuffle mobile digital device (approximate retail value US $49) and ten Winners will receive an Omron® pedometer (approximate retail value US $15). The Winners will be announced within two weeks of the last eligible date to submit an entry, or within a reasonable time after the Winners are identified. The Winners will be contacted via email. The Winners must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within 14 days of the date of notification. If a Winner is unreachable or does not make direct contact with the Sponsor by the date specified in the notification, or fails to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
