PRIZES: Winner of the contest receives a pair of Bootights.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. All taxes (federal, state and/or local, if any) associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions other than those determined by Sponsor.

Entrant may enter the contest once. Excess entries will be voided prior to random selection of the contest winner.

Entrant can increase his/her chances to win by inviting friends to enter the contest. If a “friend” who was invited by the entrant wins the contest, the “invitee” – defined as the person who invited that friend – will also win a prize. Note: Winner does not have to invite a friend in order to win the contest. If an entrant wins and did not invite any friends to enter – he/she will be the sole of the pair of bootights.
