PRIZE
One (1) prize: $5,000. Prize to be awarded in the form of cash or check in Sponsors discretion. Prize winner is solely responsible for all taxes (including income taxes) resulting from acceptance and use of the prize.

WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or about February 13, 2012 from among all eligible entries received. Potential prize winner will be notified by phone or email according to the contact information provided by that potential winner. Potential prize winner must comply with these Official Rules in order to be confirmed the winner of a prize. Potential prize winner must sign and return any required forms, including, without limitation, affidavits of eligibility, prize acceptance and liability and publicity release forms, and IRS-W9 forms, to Lennar seven (7) days after delivery of the forms. The return of the above-mentioned forms within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the prize winner; Lennar is not responsible for delays in delivery. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a potential prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be reached by Lennar (or its designee), or fails to return all of the required forms within the time specified, that potential prize winner may be disqualified, and an alternative prize winner may be selected, time permitting.
