Win a 7-night family trip for 4 to Club Med

Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 7-night vacation package (the “Vacation package”). The Vacation package will be for a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children (Ages 15 years of age or under). The Vacation package will include: 1) Hotel accommodations at Club Med Sandpiper Bay, Florida, for seven (7) consecutive nights in a standard room; 2) the Club Med all-inclusive vacation which includes; meals, snacks, drinks and activities (some Club Med activities such as spa, scuba diving and other activities are at an additional cost). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Vacation package is $4,200. All taxes, surcharges and gratuities with aforementioned items are not included. Travel, tours and accommodations are subject to capacity controls, availability, limitations, and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Vacation package fulfillment will be coordinated through the Sponsor; all accommodations are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Travel may not occur during Sponsor’s blackout periods. Certain travel and security restrictions may apply and it is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and travel guests to comply with all travel, security and other laws, regulations, airline passenger and hotel rules that apply to them. Grand Prize Winner and travel guests will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including, but not limited to, travel costs, taxes, cost of passport, vaccinations certificate, visas, transfers, telephone charges, gratuities, souvenirs and any other incidentals. Grand Prize Winner and travel companions must execute liability / publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, the Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. If a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the Grand Prize Winner. The Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel guests due to reasons beyond the Released Parties control. In the event that a component of the Vacation package is not available, cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, then the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. If a Grand Prize Winner chooses to take vacation without a guest, then the remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. The Grand Prize awarded consisting of products / services for up to four (4) people require that the Grand Prize Winner and travel guests redeem the Grand Prize together. The Grand Prize will be deemed awarded upon the Grand Prize Winner’s receipt of the travel documents. Sponsor will not replace the travel documents if lost, mutilated, or stolen. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded.

The Grand Prize Winner and travel guests must respect the travel requirements of each Club Med resort, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner must provide the name of all guests at the time of making the reservation. The Grand Prize of one) vacations at Club Med resort is valid only for the Grand Prize winner and may not be transferred, sold or assigned.

All travel must be taken between the following dates or the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded: February 1, 2012-February 1, 2013.

By accepting any of the aforementioned prizes, the Grand Prize Winner agrees to release the Released Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse or failure to use the prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. The Released Parties have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND either expressed or implied. The prize may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize component with another prize component of equal or greater value.

Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable) associated with the receipt of any prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 14 days of written notification by mail. The Grand Prize Winner’s travel guest each year must sign a Travel Companion Waiver prior to the prize being awarded (If travel companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian must sign and return release and accompany minor on vacation). If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, and/or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected for the prize at issue, time-permitting. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

Other Terms & Conditions: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Tax Form 1099 from the American Sweepstakes Company Inc., for the total ARV of the Grand Prize (for Grand Prize Winner and travel guests), as stated above. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice, permission or compensation, and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and entrant will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant themselves or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (including, without limitation, any prize activity or travel related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants further acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, if the Sweepstakes is modified, terminated or suspended, at Sponsor’s discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries.
