PRIZES: The following Prize(s) will be awarded based on a random drawing of eligible entries received:
Each winner will receive 1 (One) free doll of their choice from a list of pre-selected dolls specified below:
Items 15621, 15622, 15623, 15625, 18720, 700, 701, 18543 and 34003. If the selected doll is no longer
available, the winner will choose an alternative option from the same pre-selected list.
There will be a winner for each 500 Fans (starting from 1000 fans) up to the end of the sweepstakes
when the JC Toys Facebook Page reaches 10,000 Likes.
Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize winner is solely responsible for any
fees/incidentals not included in the prize(s) that become due with respect to prize. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost or stolen prizes once they are awarded.
Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Eligible entries
include only those entries that are submitted by JC Toys Facebook fans. Non-fans are not eligible. Odds
of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating in this Sweepstakes,
entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the Sponsor, which is final in all
matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Two (2) attempts will be made to
notify the winner within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner
may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries, in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner
will have 72 hours from notification to accept the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be
liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If a potential winner cannot be
reached via their e-mail address or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not
otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All
entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
