Winner Selection: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing no later than midnight at the end of each month, January – March, from all eligible entries received by Game-End. If the winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Notification and Awarding of Prize: The winner will be notified on or about the 15th of month, January - March, 2012 by email, mail or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize.
