Prize: One (1) Prize consisting of a 4 day / 3 night trip for two (2) to Aspen, Colorado ("Location"), including passes to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen held June 15-17, 2012. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $4,750, depending on winner’s primary residence and fares at time of departure. Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to and from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor; a 4 day / 3 night stay (one double occupancy standard room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; two (2) passes to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and a guided wine tour in the Wines From Spain tent (both collectively referred herein as "Event"); and an Albariño Explorers Club accessories gift pack for winner only. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, entertainment, insurance, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and travel companion. If actual value of Prize is lower than the stated ARV when Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if winner lives within one-hundred (150) miles of Location at Sponsor’s discretion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about April 5, 2012 conducted by an independent judging organization ("judges") whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or mail on or about April 6, 2012. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (collectively, "Release") within seven (7) days of date specified on notification. If a potential prize winner does not return the executed Release within seven (7) days, or if said e-mail and/or mail is returned as undeliverable, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, the potential prize winner will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. Winner and his or her travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s travel companion will also be required to sign a Release prior to travel. If the potential winner or travel companion is a minor, as determined by the laws of the state in which s/he resides, the Release must be signed by that minor’s parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf. Advance booking, certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Entry and acceptance of Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation.
