PRIZE(S); ODDS OF WINNING. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded one (1) four day / three night trip for two people to Indianapolis, Indiana to the 2012 Maxim Big Game Party and Tailgate Party. (location to be determined by AMG). The Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the absolute discretion of AMG and Sponsor) from major airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by AMG and Sponsor in their discretion) to Indianapolis, Indiana, accommodations for three (3) nights (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the absolute discretion of AMG and Sponsor, ground transportation between the Indianapolis airport and hotel, two (2) entry passes to the Maxim 2012 Big Game party and Tailgate Party and ground transportation between the hotel and the party venues (Approximate retail value: $3,600). Actual retail value will depend on city of origin and time of trip. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and stated approximate retail value. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within 300 miles of the Maxim Big Game Party, the Grand Prize will not include air transportation and no substitution or compensation will be provided. Travel companion must be at least 21 years of age. Neither AMG nor Sponsor shall be responsible or liable for the Grand Prize winner’s inability or failure to utilize the prize. All expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, transportation between winner’s home and airport, meals, beverages, mini-bar, souvenirs, gratuities, insurance, personal services, incidentals, etc., are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. All trip reservations and accommodations will be as designated by AMG and Sponsor, and are subject to black-out dates and availability. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion(s) must possess required photo identification documents necessary for travel prior to ticketing. The trip must be taken around the weekend of February 3, 2012 to February 5, 2012, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered. In the unlikely event that the Maxim Big Game Party or the event taking place around the weekend of the 2 Maxim Big Game Party is re-scheduled or cancelled due to events beyond the control of AMG or Sponsor, the Grand Prize will not include entrance into the Maxim Big Game Party and no substitution or compensation will be provided. in the event that the event is postponed or cancelled, the trip to Indianapolis, Indiana must be taken within the 2012 calendar year. Prizes may not be combined with any other offer. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and/or any other expenses associated with acceptance and/or taking delivery of the prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize will be permitted, except that AMG and Sponsor reserves the right, in their discretion, to substitute any prize with either the cash value of the prize that would have been awarded, or a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning are determined by and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
