PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): There are exactly one hundred-one (101) prizes total, (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion as follows:

A. Secondary or Instant Win Prizes: There are exactly one hundred (100) Secondary Prizes (each, a “Secondary Prize” or “Instant Win Prize”) which will be awarded. Each Instant Prize Winner (“Instant Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) Big Time Rush Album on Compact Disc (“CD”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Instant Win Prize is $15.00 USD. There will be a total of one hundred (100) random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period as indicated below. If your Entry is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times, you will be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize designated to that time. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on the time your entry is received and the total number of eligible entries received Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per household (including, if applicable, household, email and/or phone number). The total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes to be won is $1,500.

B. Grand Prize: Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Grand Prize Drawing portion of the Promotion (“Grand Prize”). The winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected by random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about April 2, 2012 (“Random Drawing Date”) from among all valid entries received.

The Grand Prize will consist of: A trip for four (4) to Hollywood, CA consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA; (b) two (2) nights first-class hotel accommodations (quadruple occupancy); Big Time Rush meet and greet, tickets to a Big Time Rush Concert, plus a $500 pre-loaded VISA gift card for shopping and/or meals.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $10,000.

Grand Prize Winner is responsible for transportation to and from the major U.S. airport gateway and his/her residence, including but not limited to any costs associated therewith. All travel arrangements must be made by Sponsor's agent. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner must arrange travel with Sponsor's agent at least 45 days in advance and winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel times and arrangements are subject to availability and blackout periods. All other expenses not specifically identified above are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility (e.g., meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip). All Grand Prize travel must be completed by December 31, 2012.

Sponsor, Administrator nor Promotional Partner are responsible if the Grand Prize, or any part thereof, cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions or any other issue beyond their control (e.g., airline decisions, acts of God, weather, government action, equipment failure, terrorist acts, e arthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, etc.).
