PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to see the Paul McCartney performance on 2/9/12 at Capitol Studios in Los Angeles, CA. (exact dates and location to be determined by Sponsor), consisting of the following elements: [1] round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner's residence ("airport of origin") and a major airport in or near the destination city; [2] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room, double occupancy, including room tax); and [3] two (2) tickets to a live concert by Paul McCartney (seat location to be determined by Sponsor). If the Grand Prize winner resides less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the initial destination, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, tax, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner's guest must each be 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older); must complete, sign and return all affidavits, releases and other documents required by Sponsor prior to ticketing of prize; must travel on the same itinerary; must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change at the Sponsor's sole discretion; and must comply with all airport and venue security requirements ; or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner, provided sufficient time remains to verify alternate winner and ticket prize, otherwise prize will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any winner or guest due to noncompliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., etc.) before departure. Travel and lodging are subject to change due to availability, certain restrictions and Sponsor's approval. No responsibility is assumed for any cancellation or rescheduling of an event in whole or in part. If any of the foregoing events are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, the travel portions of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,000.00, which will vary depending upon point of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. No substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize will not be fulfilled outside the United States and District of Columbia. Prize elements may not be separated. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize. Limit one prize, per person, per household.
