Enter Paramount Pictures' Paranormal Activity Red Carpet Home Screening Sweepstakes for a chance to win a red carpet private screening of Paranormal Activity at your home and a $4,000 home-theater upgrade package.

PRIZE: One (1) prize winner will be awarded the opportunity to host one (1) red carpet private screening of “PARANORMAL ACTIVITY” (the “Picture”) at the winner’s place of residence (the “Screening”) for the winner and up to twenty (20) guests (“Guests”); provided, however, that such total number of permissible Guests may be reduced by Sponsor and/or the property owner of winner’s residence due of size limitations and other considerations, as determined by Sponsor and such property owner in their sole discretion. In connection with the Screening, Sponsor will provide the winner with a home-theater upgrade package valued up to $4000, consisting of home-theater electronics selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (the “Home Theater Upgrade”). The Screening may include a visit from filmmakers and/or talent from the Picture, subject to such filmmaker and/or talent availability, and press selected by Sponsor to cover the event. The Screening must be scheduled through Sponsor, and shall occur on December 28, 2009. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the specific date, time and location of the Screening may change and shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In no event shall the Screening be scheduled later than January 31, 2009. Any Guests attending the Screening must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (to the satisfaction of Sponsor), with such guardian counting to the number of Guests. Recording devices will not be allowed in the Screening. In the event that the winner or any of his or her guests engage during the Screening in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Screening early with no further compensation. If the prize winner is not the listed owner of winner’s place of residence and/or the Screening location, the prize winner may be required to present written consent of such property owner to allow the Screening to occur at the location (including the potential presence of talent, filmmakers and press), to the sole satisfaction of Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Screening is $999. The ARV of the Home Theater Upgrade is $4000. The total ARV of the Prize is $4999. Actual Prize value may be substantially higher or lower than estimated value. If prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, or changed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Other restrictions may apply. In the event that the Screening does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then in lieu of the Screening, the Prize Winner will receive a substitute prize of equal or greater value, which may include, but is not limited to, a cash prize equivalent to the ARV, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to such Prize Winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
