Prizes:

a.     One Grand Prize: The winner and a guest (21 or older) will receive two seats to the 54th Annual Grammy's Awards and the CBS Grammy's® Party (Sunday, February 12, 2012), airfare for two (2) to Los Angeles, a room for two (2) at The Hilton Checkers Hotel in downtown Los Angeles for three (3) nights. (Total Approximate Retail Value: $2,685.00USD). The prize consists of roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Los Angeles; 3 nights at The Hilton Checkers Hotel in downtown Los Angeles (one room, standard double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Grammy's® Show; and two (2) tickets to the CBS Grammy's® Party.  A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded nationally during the Contest Period.  The Contest Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for airfare if winner resides within 100 miles of Los Angeles, and any difference in value will not be awarded.

Prize does not include items not specified, such as travel insurance, hotel room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
