PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Four (4) Weekly Prizes each consisting of one (1) Nintendo Wii Console; and one (1) Wii Game - Just Dance 3 (“Weekly Prize”). Each Weekly Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Nintendo Wii Console; one (1) Wii Game - Just Dance 3; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) awarded in the name of the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize ARV is Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00). Total ARV of all prizes is One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,750.00). Odds of winning a prize for a particular Weekly Sweepstakes depends upon the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable entry period for that Weekly Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Additional prize restrictions, limitations and exclusions may apply. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible Entries received. All Prizes will be awarded (assuming a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received and, after reasonable attempts, winners are verified). The Prize winner(s) may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize or redeem any non-monetary prize for money.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize (or prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Sponsor is responsible only for delivery of each prize and is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with acceptance and use of a Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
