PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded: a trip for two (2) people (Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion ("Guest")) to Los Angles, CA. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip (r/t) coach airfare (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway airports closest to the winner's residence and Los Angles, CA, (2) night accommodations (standard accommodations, one (1) single room, double occupancy, room and tax only), one (1) workout session with Ashley Borden and one (1) Lady Foot Locker Prize Package APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE: $3,250. The actual value of the Grand Prize will depend on dates of travel, point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the ARV and actual value of the prize and the approximate costs and actual costs will not be credited to the Grand Prize Winner. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The ARV of each prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.

 

If Grand Prize Winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied on the trip by his/her parent or legal guardian traveling as the Guest. Guest may be required to complete, sign, have notarized (as applicable) and return, without limitation, travel, indemnification and liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for all other expenses not expressly provided for above, including without limitation, those incurred for ground transportation, checked baggage costs, snacks, beverages, and food, parking, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, room service, souvenirs, taxi fares, insurance, taxes or other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip.

 

All travel arrangements must be coordinated by Administrator. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates/times. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be required to travel together on the same itinerary.

 

Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documentation, and must present valid identification or current passports prior to ticketing. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are subject to the restrictions and regulations set by airline carriers, hotels and transportation companies. Sponsor is not responsible for any decrease in the value of the prize or the unavailability to the Grand Prize Winner and Guest of all or any part of the Grand Prize resulting from the application of any such restrictions and regulations. No credits, refunds or substitutions will be made if improper documentation or failure to meet any requirement of a travel provider/supplier results in denied boarding or entry, and the trip will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner.

 

Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. If Sponsor determines that air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the hotel, ground transportation will be substituted for air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No cash or other substitution of any prize may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with cash or another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
