Twelve (12) GRAND PRIZES will be awarded throughout the Sweepstakes period. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a reimbursement of their entry purchase of up to $500 (exceptions apply for non-purchase entries as set forth herein). The exact value of each prize will be determined by each winning entrant’s merchandise purchase amount. No more than $500 will be awarded to any Grand Prize winner.

Each Grand Prize has a maximum Approximate Retails Value (“ARV”) of no more than $500. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and any registration and licensing fees and charges are the responsibility of the winner. NOTE: IF AN ENTRY MADE BY A NON-PURCHASER IS SELECTED, HE OR SHE WILL RECEIVE THE AVERAGE VALUE OF A PURCHASE MADE ON THE WEBSITE DURING THE PRECEDING 365-DAY YEAR AS THEIR PRIZE. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
