This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The "Viva ELVIS™ and Graceland Superstar" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00:01 PM (CT) on May 11, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on June 26, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (CT) on June 26, 2011.

Prize(s) :

One Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Memphis, TN and to Las Vegas, NV, before June 30, 2012 (the "Event"). The trip will include:

(i) Roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of EPE's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by EPE in its sole discretion) to Memphis, TN, at EPE's sole discretion. EPE reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event;

(ii) Two (2) nights hotel accommodations at Elvis Presley's Heartbreak Hotel in Memphis, TN, at EPE's sole discretion, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included);

(iv) Two (2) tour tickets to Sun Studio;

(v) Two (2) tour tickets to the Stax Museum of American Soul Music;

(vi) Two (2) tour tickets to the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum;

(vii) Two (2) tour tickets to Dixon Gallery and Gardens;

(viii) Two (2) tour tickets to the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art;

(ix) Roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of CDS' choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by CDS in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV, at CDS' sole discretion. CDS reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event;

(x) Two (2) nights hotel accommodations at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, at CDS' sole discretion, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included);

(xi) Two (2) tickets to attend the show "Viva ELVIS™";

(xii) Dinner for two (2) at ARIA Resort & Casino (as determined by ARIA Resort & Casino in its sole discretion - valued at $39.00 per person);

(xiii) The VIP show experience (food and beverage, photograph opportunity, and a souvenir gift bag) (collectively, the "Grand Prize" or "Grand Prizes").

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,990.00.
