If you have been reading along, you know we are a family that LOVES to eat– I mean we have a chef in the household, so yea… food – yum!

After a fun day of movies, Sofia’s first haircut (and a manicure treat!) we headed to Chili’s to grab a bite before we made our way home. I have only been to Chili’s about a handful of times, so the experience was a fresh one for me. The staff was very nice and we had practically no wait time and our server was a sweetheart and accommodating to our extremely hungry 3 yr old.

We ordered the brand new Triple Dipper, which is an appetizer in which you can pair your three favorite apps with 3 different dips. We choose the Chicken Crispers, Loaded Potato Skins and the Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Let me tell you, this appetizer was HUGE. Sofia didn’t really want any of the apps cause she was waiting for her pizza from the Kid’s Meals, and our server brought that out soon after. Coming from the chef- he really enjoyed the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, which is saying a lot cause he is not too crazy about spinach, but he kept packing his chips with this dip. I loved the chicken crispers…they had a different batter than restaurants normally use, but I definitely enjoyed it, especially paired with the Honey Mustard dipping sauce. YUM. We both liked the loaded baked potatoes, him with sour cream and me, without. I highly recommend getting this app, especially if you come with an appetite and it is more than enough to share between 2 people. We were so full, we just shared an entree and found it was the perfect quick dinner on the go. Sofia loved her pizza of course. It was definitely a great family meal out.
