PRIZES: A total of One prize will be awarded to One winner ("Winner"). Each prize will consist of: two (2) Diamond VIP Package tickets to see the Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez live concert in Miami, Florida at AmericanAirlines Arena on September 1, 2012; Airfare for two (2) people from the closest major commercial airport to Winner's legal U.S. residence (selected by Sponsor) on or about the date of the Enrique Iglesias Jennifer Lopes live concert on September 1, 2012; Two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel in Miami, Florida to be selected by Sponsor on or about September 1, 2012; Ground transportation from the Miami airport to the hotel accommodations (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value of Two (2) Diamond VIP Package tickets is One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Six U.S. Dollars ($1,256); approximate retail value of airfare is Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000), approximate retail value of the hotel is Six Hundred U.S. Dollars ($600); approximate retail value of ground transportation in Miami is Two Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($250). Approximate total retail value of the Prize is Four Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($4,106), which may vary depending upon point of departure and hotel rates. The difference in the actual value versus the approximate value will not be awarded. Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products and services is subject to the Sweepstakes Provider's sole and absolute discretion. Prizes (and/or any potion thereof) are nontransferable and non-exchangeable. No substitutions or cash redemption of prizes are permitted except that the Sweepstakes Provider retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value (or at Sweepstakes Provider's election, the cash value of the applicable prize). Additional restrictions may apply. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to and from the airport of origin, all meals, insurance and phone charges. Airlines and hotels have regulations and conditions that shall apply. Due to the nature of the prize, all or a portion thereof may be cancelled and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or potions thereof.

If Selected Entrant is unavailable during the Prize dates, prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected from among eligible entries received. A minor may not participate as a guest of the Prize Winner unless the Prize Winner is the minors parent or guardian.
